The golf course is completely separate from the villas. In the
annual management fee
for the villas includes a fee for the use of the pool but not a fee for the use of the golf course. Here you can make your own arrangements with the administrator if you wish. For example, they offer an advantageous package where owners as well as guests and tenants of your villa can have unlimited use of the golf course for approximately €950 per year.
